When external companies approach Personnel Direct with a specific vacancy, then employees of Personnel Direct browse the database for matching candidates. After that, a description of the corresponding vacancy is either forwarded to the suitable candidates or anonymous profiles of these candidates are relayed – but only with their respective consent – to the external company. 

4.4. User data are not utilized for advertising purposes or passed on to other companies for promotional purposes. 

4.5. You have the right at any time to obtain information about the use and storage of your data, and to revoke it for the future. For this, please contact the address specified below. In addition, you have the option to delete the profile you created in the settings of Personnel Direct's portal. 

 

5. Recording access details

5.1. We collect data on every access to the server (log files). Access details include the name of the invoked web page, date and time of invocation, transferred data volume, notification whether invocation was successful, browser type and version, user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page) and the requesting provider. Reference to a person is fundamentally not possible via these data, because the IP address is not stored, or is made anonymous.
 
5.2. We use the log data, without any reference to the person of the user or any other profile creation, according to statutory provisions and only for statistical analysis as part of operating, safeguarding and optimizing our online offer.
